Marianna Madia said Tuesday the government has a decree ready on
reassigning public employees. "The decree with the criteria for
mobility is ready," the minister told a civil service forum.
Priority will be given to employees with adult family members
requiring care, children, or seniority, she said. Local
government agencies and unions will be consulted before the
decree is signed, she said, adding the decree also covers
provincial staff redundant after the scrapping of provinces.
