RAI's hit detective show
Inspector Montalbano attracted 10.674 million viewers, 40.8% of
the audience share, on its return to Italian TV screens with a
new series on Monday.
It was a record for the show in terms of share.
The popular show is a TV adaptation of stories of the
Sicilian detective created by author Andrea Camilleri.
