Cut discrimination says ADI

(ANSA) - Rome, October 8 - Six million people are obese in Italy and 22 million overweight, the Italian association of dietetics and clinical nutrition (ADI) said Monday, calling for urgent intervention to stop "social disapproval and discrimination against people with obesity".
    Speaking ahead of World Obesity Day Wednesday, ADI said stereotypes reinforced social stigma against the overweight and obese.
