A nurse who is under
investigation for allegedly pretending to give children
vaccinations for several years without actually administering
them has been dismissed by the local health authority, her
lawyer said on Monday.
The woman allegedly carried out the fake vaccinations in
Codroipo, near Treviso, between 2009 and 2015 and then in the
province of Treviso following a transfer.
The case came to light when the woman's colleagues became
suspicious about the fact that the children never cried when
being vaccinated by her.
