Firefighters on Friday found
the charred body of a man at a dump in the Sicilian town of
Cattolica Eraclea near Agrigento.
Firemen found the body after extinguishing a fire overnight
at the dump in the local Balate district, which was probably
caused by electrical stoves used to heat the building.
A man, identified as Liborio Campione, lived in a room of the
building, which was almost entirely destroyed in the fire.
DNA testing and an autopsy will be performed to determine the
victim's identity.
Investigators said the fire was accidental.
