Naples police on Monday
arrested a third suspect in connection with the brutal beating
of a Rome metro passenger on September 18, after the passenger
asked the suspects to respect the no-smoking ban in the station.
Gennaro Riccitiello of Caserta was arrested for attempted
murder and jailed in Naples' Poggio Reale prison on Monday.
His brother Luigi and another accomplice, Antonino Seneca,
both also of Caserta, were arrested and jailed shortly after the
beating took place.
