Yesterday's devastating
earthquake in central Italy has claimed the lives of one Spanish
and two Romanian nationals, the foreign ministries of both
countries said Thursday.
The Spaniard named as Ana Huete, 26, was married to an
Italian man. The couple ran a pizza place in the Spanish city of
Granada and were on holiday in Illica, a hamlet near the village
of Accumoli and the epicentre of the quake that has claimed 250
lives so far.
Romanian foreign ministry spokesperson Ionut Valcu said
eight fellow nationals are missing and four were hospitalized.
