The family members of a couple
from Italy's northern Lombardy region that have been missing
since last Thursday's attack in Nice were still waiting for news
on Monday.
Angelo D'Agostino, 71, and Gianna Muset, 68, from Voghera
(Pavia) have not been heard from since the attack on the
Promenade des Anglais in the southern French city.
Their eldest son, Massimiliano, has been in the French city
since Saturday with his companion, Alessia, and sister-in-law
Roberta Capelli.
Eliano D'Agostino, their other son, stayed home in
Lungavilla (Pavia) and said on Monday that "my brother has
undergone DNA testing, in agreement with the French authorities.
However, he has not yet been allowed into the hospitals and the
morgue. The only places he can go are the Italian consulate and
the crisis unit set up in Nice."
Another Italian couple that had been with the two in Nice,
Mario Casati and Maria Grazia Ascoli, have also not been heard
from since the attack.
