The parliamentary anti-mafia
commission on Tuesday said there were 14 "unpresentable"
candidates in mayoral and municipal elections around Italy June
5. Only one person is standing in Rome, said anti-mafia
commission chair Rosy Bindi. "The situation is, overall,
encouraging," she said," even though some data are worrying".
She said all 14 were candidates in civic lists.
