All of Rome's council staff and
managers will be rotated in the "next two or three years" after
a mafia probe that uncovered a new organised-crime group dubbed
Capital Mafia with hands in many municipal pies, the city's
pointman for law and order, Alfonso Sabella, said Monday.
"It will be a complete rotation," he said.
Capital Mafia was reportedly said by top members to be
"making more money from migrants and gypsies than from drugs".
