Less than 100 days from the
opening of the food-themed Milan Expo, Catholic charity Caritas
has launched a cooking contest for a recipe for four people with
a budget of three euros.
Participants in the contest, which is organized in
cooperation with magazine 'Scarp de' tenis', will have to devise
a recipe able to satisfy the appetite of four people, mentioning
the price, as well as the weight, of each ingredient.
Photos and a list of ingredients for each dish will need to
be posted on the Facebook page of participants until April 15
under the hashtag #cucinacon3euro, or cook with three euros.
All recipes will then be posted on the contest's official
Facebook page and the most voted dishes will receive an award.
The 10 best recipes will also be published by Scarp de'
tenis, the magazine of the Milan chapter of Caritas, in its
special edition to be released during the six-month world's fair
opening on May 1.
