A woman who was stabbed to death
and then decapitated Sunday in Rome was not raped, medical
examiners said Wednesday.
The autopsy also showed the killer, Federico Leonelli, used
two knives to stab home help Oksana Martseniuk 40 times before
she died.
Leonelli was reportedly being treated for schizophrenia.
He was shot to death shortly after the murder, when he
allegedly tried to attack police with one of the murder weapons.
