Italian industrial production fell by 21.6% in the second quarter of 2020, having dropped 8.4% in the first, the CSC research unit of the Confindustria association said Wednesday.
It said output was down 18.9% in June with respect to the same month last year but rose by 3.9% compared to May.
In May production was down 29.1% in year-on-year terms and up 32.1% in month-on-month terms.
