The national health service (SSN)
will be able to immediately plug gaps left by staff retiring
under the government's new 'quota 100' early retirement scheme,
sources said Thursday.
Hirings would be made "during the course of the year" as
staff leave, they said.
No "new or greater (financial) burdens are foreseen," they
said amid questions about where the money would be found.
They said existing spending limits would be respected.
