Confindustria industrial employers
group chief Vincenzo Boccia said Tuesday he hoped "good sense"
would prevail and the government would go ahead with the
controversial Turin-Lyon high speed train (TAV) link.
Boccia also said "there are no more alibis for growth" for
the government and stressed the importance of reopening many
blocked infrastructure projects as well as the TAV.
He also said taxes should be cut to raise salaries.
