Standard & Poor's said Wednesday that it expects Italy's GDP to rise 0.7% next year, down from the forecast of 1.1% growth it made in October.
The rating agency said Italy's GDP should grow 1% this year in its 'European Economic Snapshots' report. S&P said it saw unemployment in Italy falling from 11.3% in 2017 to 10.5% this year and 10.2% in 2019.
It said it expects Italy's GDP to rise by 0.9% and 0.8% in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
