The Italian housing market is showing
more positive signs with demand and potential buyers both
rising, the Bank of Italy said in its latest quarterly survey of
estate agents Monday.
The proportion of agents seeing lower house prices was
slightly up on the previous quarter but "amply below the same
quarter of 2016," the BoI said.
Potential buyers were up and sale times down, the central
bank said.
