The rule of law is a key condition
for Italy's development, Bank of Italy Governor Ignazio Visco
said on Tuesday.
In particular, the governor stressed that, "action to fight
tax evasion, corruption and organized crime can help support the
activity of many competitive companies".
Visco listed as "priority reforms" cracking down on illegal
activities, making the public administration and civil justice
efficient, investing in innovation and research.
