Italian families have lost some
2,600 euros a head in disposable income since the start of the
financial crisis but this year they have recouped 220 with a
growth in purchasing power of 1.5% - 1% thanks to government
policies - according to an annual report by the Coop Thursday.
Premier Matteo Renzi has been trying to boost consumer spending
via a series of moves.
