Bank of Italy Governor Ignazio Visco said Tuesday that the economic recovery should firm up in the coming months and continue into 2016. "The recovery that began in Italy in the first quarter of this year should be consolidated in the current year and the next," said Visco during the bank's annual meeting. He added that the world has recognized the country's reform efforts that must now be expanded. "In order not to disappoint the expectations of change, it is necessary to broaden the spectrum and speed up".
