forward Lionel Messi told Expo 2020 Dubai that he is happy in
the French capital after his headline-grabbing move from
Barcelona as he visited the World Fair on Monday.
"It was a big change for us because we had been living in the
same place [while playing for Barcelona] for many years and it
was not easy to change," said Messi, who is an Expo 2020 Dubai
Ambassador.
"But the truth is that we are very well in a spectacular city,
in one of the best teams in the world, so we are very happy".
Messi toured a number of the top attractions at Expo, including
the Argentina Pavilion, the UAE Pavilion, the Surreal water
feature and Al Wasl Plaza.
