Interior Minister Matteo
Salvini tweeted Tuesday "there's a German NGO (ship) off Libya
heading our way: it must change direction".
Salvini was referring to the Sea Eye which set off from
Majorca three days ago heading for Libyan territorial waters.
It has been renamed Alan Kurdi after the three-year-old
Syrian boy who was found drowned on a Turkish beach in 2015.
Salvini has closed Italy's ports to NGO migrant rescue
vessels.
