Teachers in the northern city of Bolzano have reported that the local health authority asked for the "ethnic group or race" of students in a questionnaire related to psychiatric services.
"We understand that these are standard forms drafted in the United States," the teachers told the Alto Adige newspaper.
"But what we cannot work out is how come no one in the Bolzano health authority realized or questioned this".
