Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) sold 84,953 cars in European Union and EFTA countries in January, a rise of 1.2% with respect to the same month in 2017.
The Italian-American carmaker's market share, however, dropped to 6.6%, compared to 7% in January 2017. In total, 1,286,378 million cars were sold on the European market in January, an increase of 6.8% on the same month last year, according to data released by auto manufacturers' association ACEA.
