Richemont said Monday that it is making a bid to buy 100% of fashion online retailer Yoox Net-a-Porter. The Swiss luxury group is offering 38 euros per share to buy the half of the company that it does not already own.
Three years ago it merged Net-a-Porter with Italian rival Yoox.
