European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said Wednesday that it would be "abnormal" if the ECB listened to politicians instead of forming policy independently. he said it was "natural", however that politicians should speak of "our policies". He said his nationality only "matters to the German media", that the ECB was not acting as ca disincentive to Italian and French structural reforms, and that he could not believe that the British will vote to leave the EU.
