A lawyer for Lazio chairman
Claudio Lotito said Tuesday they had not received any
notification of being placed under investigation in a TV soccer
rights probe involving Serie A and B clubs.
Corriere della Sera reported Tuesday that Lotito was being
probed for allegedly obstructing club financial watchdog
Covisoc's activity regarding investigations into rights
intermediary company Infront.
"We have had no notification of any probe," said the
lawyer, Gian Michele Gentile.
According to reports, Bari and Genoa allegedly received
unwarranted financial help in signing up for Serie B and Serie A
respectively.
