The Gambero Rosso culinary publishing and media group said Monday that its stock exchange flotation is set to take place on October 19. The group publishes a popular month magazine as well several prestigious guides, it runs four Città del Gusto (City of Taste) complexes in different parts of Italy and broadcasts a food-and-wine TV digital channel. The company also released its financial results for the first half of this year on Monday with consolidated turnover of 7.2 million euros, about 50% of the revenue for the whole of 2014.
