The Vatican will unveil the Holy See's pavilion for this year's 56th Venice Art Biennale on April 9, its press office said Tuesday.
The theme of the pavilion will be "In the Beginning...the Word was made flesh".
Attending the press conference at 11:30 that Thursday will be the president of the pontifical council for culture, Msgr Gianfranco Ravasi, who is also the commissioner for the Holy See's pavilion; Venice Biennale President Paolo Baratta; and Micol Forti, director of the Vatican Museums' collection of contemporary art and curator of the Holy See's pavilion.
