Key shareholders in
international investment bank Mediobanca on Monday approved a
new board of directors that includes the 26-year-old daughter of
one of its leading investors, Vincent Bolloré.
Marie Bolloré was among five women on the 18-member slate
that will be put to a final vote at a broader shareholders'
assembly on October 28.
The slate includes Maurizia Commeno as vice-president of
the board.
Vincent Bolloré, a well-known French industrialist, also
announced plans to increase to 7.5% his stake in Mediobanca.
