A ship carrying 837
immigrants rescued from the Strait of Sicily is scheduled to
dock at the port of Salerno on Tuesday morning.
Eight of the women on board are pregnant, two children have
high fevers, and some of the immigrants have scabies, ANSA
sources said.
A crisis unit has been set up to prepare for the immigrants'
arrival, which will be the sixth immigrant landing in the
commercial port of Salerno since since July 1.
