Russian prime minister
Vladimir Putin on Friday compared Ukrainian troop tactics to
those of the Nazis, "who surrounded our cities and shot directly
at their citizens."
The comment was made in a speech at the pro-Kremlin youth
forum held each year at Lake Seliger.
Meanwhile, NATO secretary general Anders Fogh Rasmussen
said that Moscow is "resisting every effort to find a peaceful
diplomatic solution".
"Despite Moscow's claims to the contrary, it is clear that
Russian troops have crossed the border into Ukraine and are
operating within the country," Rasmussen said.
