United States Secretary of
State John Kerry said Monday that US drone strikes "may well" be
an option in efforts to stop the advance of Sunni militants in
Iraq.
The militants led by the Islamic State in Iraq and the
Levant (ISIS) seized the northern buffer city of Tal Afar Monday
as US President Barack Obama weighed options including air
strikes to help the government stave off attacks.
ISIS captured key cities including Mosul and Tikrit last
week but some towns were retaken.
