The June 16 initial public offering of
shares in State-controlled shipbuilder Fincantieri will be worth
between 969 million and 1.242 billion euros, the Milan bourse
authority said Friday. The IPO, aimed at floating the group,
comes out at a non-binding share price of 0.78 euros and a
binding price of
1.00 euros, said the float prospectus approved by Consob.
