The wreck of the Costa Concordia
will be scrapped in Genoa later this year, Il Sole 24 Ore said
Friday.
The decision on the scrapyard will be announced "in the next
few days," the business daily said.
Il Sole also revealed the date when the hulk will be
refloated, July 20.
The Concordia capsized off Tuscany after hitting a rock in
an allegedly risky manoeuvre killing 32 people in January 2012.
Captain Francesco Schettino is on trial for manslaughter.
