The deal will further develop collaboration between the two groups, as stated in law 19/91, with the opening at Finest's offices in Pordenone of a SACE Point, a counter in which companies, particularly those from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, can seek advice on how to position themselves in terms of SACE products.
The partnership will also see the launch of joint commercial initiatives (including the favourable offer of feasibility studies and SACE policies reserved for companies flagged by Finest), the organisation of events, technical seminars and joint training operations. The international networks of Finest (which has offices in Russia, Moldova and Slovakia) and SACE (which operates out of Romania, Russia, Turkey, South Africa, Brazil, China and India) will be able to offer highly specialised assistance on the ground, supporting Italian exporters and producers in talks with foreign buyers.
"For some time the companies most able to tackle the effects of the crisis have been those that have the inherent innovation and capacity to manage foreign demand," said Simonetta Acri, the director of SACE's Venice-North-East office. "Our insurance and financial instruments show this and the partnership with Finest makes them more readily available to all companies, directly in the areas in which they operate," she added. Renato Pujatti, the president of Finest, said: "We are very happy with the agreement with SACE. We operate in the same areas with the aim of boosting economic cooperation and the growth of our businesses". (ANSAmed).
